nRF54LS05B
Entry-level, ultra-low-power Bluetooth LE SoC
The nRF54L Series offers SoCs that combine an efficient MCU with ultra-low-power wireless connectivity.
The nRF54LS05B and the smaller-RAM option nRF54LS05A feature a Bluetooth LE radio and an entry-level peripheral set making them suitable as a main MCU for simple products such as, sensors, tags, beacons, remotes, and PC peripherals, as well as a Bluetooth companion device in larger systems alongside a larger MCU.
nRF54LS05B supports Bluetooth LE and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols with data rates up to 4 Mbps for low-latency applications.
