The nRF54L Series offers SoCs that combine an efficient MCU with ultra-low-power wireless connectivity.

 

The nRF54L05 provides a smaller memory option in the series, with 0.5 MB NVM and 96 KB RAM.

 

It features an extended set of peripherals, and is pin-to-pin compatible with nRF54L15 and nRF54L10, enabling seamless design flexibility.

 

nRF54L05 supports Bluetooth LEThreadZigbee, and 2.4 GHz proprietary protocols with data rates up to 4 Mbps for low-latency applications, Bluetooth Channel Sounding, and Bluetooth Mesh.
