New PCN 213 for nPM1300 and PCN 212 for nRF24AP2

There is a new Information Notice 214 for the change of bumping location. Nordic Semiconductor discontinues operations with nepes hayyim as manufacturing bump site. As a result, selected build codes within nRF528105, nRF52810, nRF52811, nRF52820, nRF52832, nRF52833, nRF52840 and nRF51822 will be discontinued.
