Product Update Notification - Modem firmware v2.0.3 for nRF9151

This update focuses on providing smarter network features, and improving power efficiency.

Key Highlights:

• Expanded Coverage: Added support for LTE-M and NB-IoT on Band 106. Dedicated for private networks (Anterix in the U.S.).
• Smarter Network Evaluation:
  • New AT%ENVEVAL command to scan and report on signal quality of specified networks before connecting.
  • Improved Rx-only mode with enhanced network search and cell measurement capabilities.
• Enhanced Power Savings: A new configurable safeguard (AT%FEACONF) prevents the device from staying connected to cells with unusable connectivity, significantly reducing power waste in poor signal areas.
• Simplified Production: A new simplified TX test mode (AT%XRFTEST) has been added to the standard firmware for easier factory testing.
• Advanced Positioning Support: Added support for Positioning Reference Signal (PRS) based positioning. PRS based positioning leverages existing LTE downlink positioning reference signals. These signals sent from eNB are much stronger on earth than GPS signals sent from satellite, enabling a fast, accurate and power efficient positioning even for indoor use cases.

The release also includes numerous improvements for service reliability and stability.
