Product Update Notification - nPM1300
This update notifies that we have added a manufacturing source for the nPM1300. In addition to the current manufacturing at TSMC, we will also start manufacturing at SSMC.
The new revision is fully drop-in compatible with the current version. For more detailed information, please refer to the PCN here.
Samples for qualification can be ordered through your Nordic sales representative - however, make sure you specify build code E10 in the request. Nordic will defer shipping of the new build code until November 10th, 2026 to allow sufficient time for customer qualification. After this date both the existing build code, D00 from TSMC and E10 from SSMC will be shipped in parallel.
