Product Change Notification - PCN 254

This notification provides important updates for customers working with the nRF54LM20A and nRF54LM20B devices in CSP98 package. Ordering codes: nRF54LM20A-PAAA and nRF54LM20B-PAAA.

There is a new Product Change Notification, PCN254, that introduces alternate substrate and mold compound materials for these devices to improve material availability and business continuity. The new revision is fully drop-in compatible with the current version.

The new version is identified by build code B10 and the current build code B00 will remain in production. There is no change to ordering codes.
